1. Service

OneTapMenus provides hosted digital-menu pages, QR codes, menu setup, content-management tools, and related support. Features and availability may vary by subscription plan.

2. Your account and content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide, including prices, descriptions, images, trademarks, allergen information, and translations. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to use and publish that content.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with its operation; attempt unauthorized access; or upload malicious code. We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect the service or other users.

4. Fees and cancellation

Paid plans are billed according to the price and billing period agreed at purchase. Applicable taxes may be added. You may cancel future renewals by contacting us before the next billing date; fees already due are not refundable unless required by law or agreed otherwise.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may update features, correct errors, perform maintenance, or change these terms. Material changes will apply from the stated effective date.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your menu content. OneTapMenus retains ownership of the platform, software, layouts, and service materials. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, and display your content while providing the service.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and OneTapMenus is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
